Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, CLT

Owned and operated by the City of Charlotte, Charlotte/Douglas averages 550 daily flights and 23 million passengers annually. The airport is ranked among the nation's top airports and serves commercial, cargo, corporate, private, military and trucking operations

Passenger services include accessibility resources, banking, cart rentals, Chapel, Conference facilities, data ports and facsimile (FAX), First Aid, flight information, an Information counter, motorist assistance, paging, postal and shipping services, restrooms, special needs services and a Welcome Center.

Charlotte/Douglas International Airport has a variety of parking facilities. Curbside parking at the terminal is prohibited; this area is for immediate loading/unloading of passengers only. Skycaps and Smart Carts are available for assisting passengers.  Parking availability will be indicated on signs along Josh Birmingham Parkway and at the lot entrances.
