Airport Information

Visitor Information Services are located in the West Lobby (504) 464-2752, in the West Terminal (504) 463-1020, in the East Baggage Claim (504) 465-8852. Each Information Counter is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. All Visitor Information Service Representatives are bilingual or multilingual. Passengers needing assistance in a foreign language, not provided by Visitor Information Services, can contact the Red Cross Language Bank 24 hours a day at (504) 586-8191.

Directions to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
From I-310, take the Airline Highway (Hwy-61) northeast to the airport. From New Orleans, take I-10 west and then the exit for the Airport Access Road which leads directly to the terminal.
